I Love RB Kia..the first dealership I have ever been to that catered to me..filled my car up...fixed some minor problems with the car...they worked with me to get me into the car I wanted...I got a 2010 Kia Optima LX and I love it..the stereo alone makes the car..great on gas...smooth riding car...the price for my car is acceptable and the payments are reasonable..Thank you Brian,Eddie, and John for making my buying a car a breeze and thanks to Chad in the service dept for quickly correcting the small issues with the car...

Very nice and smooth transaction. Best deal I received comparing dealerships in Alabama and Tennessee. Sometimes smaller is better than the super large dealers!

I have purchased many new and used cars in my life and the best automobile purchase experience I have ever had was here! I was looking for a 2011 Kia Forte Hatchback with a manual transmission (hard to find), and they found exactly the car (and color) I wanted on another dealer lot quickly! Most dealers will do anything they can to sell you something on their lot, even if they don't have exactly what you want. RB Kia defies the car dealership norm with sales low pressure and exceptional service! RB Kia sells from MSRP pricing, not monthly payments (where you can easily get ripped off). They also do not add those worthless "dealer add-ons" like paint sealant and fabric protector that jack up the price by over $1000. Fast, friendly, honest, and professional service from Brian Bunch! It is worth the drive from Nashville, Murfreesboro, or anywhere else in middle Tennessee to buy your next Kia here! I drove 60 miles one-way from Spring Hill and have no regrets at all! Avoid the Nashville metro Kia dealers and come here for a quick and honest car deal!

Great Service We purchased a 2011 Sorrento from this dealership. No high pressure sales tactics. They did not have the color we wanted so they sent a driver to Ky to get it. I highly recommend this dealership. They turned what is usually a "gut wrenching" experience into a very pleasant experience. We tried to buy from 3 different Kia dealers and got the best deal here. We left with a full tank of gas and new friends.

HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. We live in Nashville and took the time to drive down to Russell Barnett Kia because they were by far the most honest and straightforward dealer we came in contact with. We bought a 2011 Sorento and they got the exact specifications we wanted within just a few days, didn't play and games with us and were very honest, kind and intelligent.
